- Built a serverless execution layer in Go orchestrating function runs via vsock-based IPC, with caching, routing, and lifecycle management — ~5 ms latency at 10k+ concurrency.
- Built Resolve, an internal CRM on top of Origon for human-in-the-loop support — replaced Freshdesk and kept support lean at 2 people while maintaining end-to-end automated ticketing.
